What's newv2.11.011 Sept 2026

Added

Job Health — one page that tells you, in plain English, whether all 57 background jobs ran and finished. Green means nothing needs you. Red names the job that failed and what it was supposed to do. A "Last night" box shows the three jobs that run while everyone is asleep
Purchase Department (Today) — what to order first, ranked by the paused customer sales each vendor unlocks; what cannot be ordered yet (no vendor / no cost); orders waiting for a manager; expired orders. Order now in one click — the vendor-portal step is gone. New rule: when goods arrive the PO closes and anything not supplied goes straight back into the buy list, never chased. Dead orders expire on their own after lead time + 7 days
Keyword Doctor → ⚡ Auto-approve run — the 15,158 safest fixes are now applied automatically in the background (about 60 products a minute) instead of someone clicking them one at a time. Every batch can be put back in one click. Titles, competitor keywords and "nobody searches it" are deliberately left for a human
Keyword Doctor — all 14,612 website products checked for junk search keywords, wrong-category keywords, another brand's name, missing synonyms (sunblock ↔ sunscreen), junk tags and weak titles. Fix pre-filled; Apply, edit or ignore; every change logged and undoable
Search Sorting — type a word, see today's derma.pk search order beside the profit-first order (in stock first, then margin, then proven sellers); pin products. Dry run until the theme snippet goes in
Declined vendors on Collection Profit Sorting — decline a vendor and their products drop to the bottom of every collection page
Buying Desk: click unlocks N orders / N need another vendor to see the actual orders
Purchase orders now record what was received — an invoice against a PO clears those units and shows what is still due

Improved

On-order everywhere (Buying Desk, Smart Buy, suggestions) now means still due, not everything ever ordered — 1,445 phantom units cleared
Real 90-day search log (59,896 searches) drives the keyword suggestions
Vendor Buckets open to managers; Tusiq can create and release POs

Fixed

Collection page sort dropdown did nothing on phone and laptop — one-word theme fix (you press Save)
Purchase return PR-000127 (Zam Zam) corrected to the vendor's credit of Rs 6,192; vendor ledgers were double-counting app documents
Two exact-duplicate Atco purchase orders cancelled

Earlier versions

v2.8.0 7 Sept 2026

Added

Print / Send on every vendor pack in the Weekly Buying Desk
Printed order now doubles as a delivery slip — empty Supplied column and three sign-off lines
Excel order sheet the vendor fills in — Supplied and Remarks columns left blank
Copy full order with rates, for email or SMS

Improved

WhatsApp message is short now: totals first, then the list, then the ask
Every order carries an order number, a deliver-by date and the payment terms
Send works from the pack card and from inside the open drawer

Fixed

Buying Desk packs had no print button — there was no way to send an order to the vendor

v2.7.0 6 Sept 2026

Added

Weekly Buying Desk — type Monday's cash, get ranked vendor packs, approve → PO
Day Zero count close-out, Count Lookup and Daily Check — 15 products a person, every day

Pharmacist's Pick — profitable alternates at the counter and on the website
Courier Money — missing returns, damage claims, paid-but-not-received
Phone site /mobile and Ctrl+K search on every page

Improved

Home page rebuilt — order counters, today's alerts, quick actions, foldable sections
One vendor balance everywhere: owed now + cheques given = total liability
CFO desk now fed by the Buying Desk — approvals, cheques and released POs
Smart Buy control room; Vendor Buckets now one line per vendor
Shopify 60-day blind spot closed, plus a nightly email if an order goes missing
Website cart on phones — readable names, clearer free-delivery bar

Fixed

12 cheques (Rs 1,432,894) were posted twice — reversed, and it cannot happen again
Approved draft purchase invoices showed “Paid” with nothing actually paid
Vendor returns of expiry-rack goods pushed 7 products below zero
Purchase cost ignored the invoice discount on some items
Stock Explorer was hiding products that had reached zero

v2.6.06 Aug 2026

Added

Did you know — role-based training on the home page
Manual rebuilt — 47 chapters, searchable, managers & admins
POS 💳 Payment — correct a finished bill without voiding it
Manager override when the shelf has stock the system does not

Improved

Pin up to 12 apps, was 6

Sidebar sections collapse; cleaner, badge-free list

Grouped codes refused sales while their twin held the stock
Returns with no courier showing as “Unknown”
